About JustNext
JustNext is an online campus marketplace for discovering and arranging products, services and printing around MUBAS in Malawi. JustNext provides the platform and transaction records; individual sellers, service providers and printing stations remain responsible for the offers they publish and fulfil.

Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing JustNext or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law; mandatory consumer rights are not removed by these Terms.

User Accounts
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access. JustNext may require student or identity verification for safety and higher-risk selling actions.

Phone Numbers and Contact Information
Do not place phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses or disguised contact information in public listings, product images, store descriptions, listing titles or other public marketplace content where JustNext prohibits it. This reduces fraud and protects transaction records.
- JustNext may reject or remove disguised contact details and may restrict or suspend accounts that try to bypass moderation.
- JustNext may privately collect a phone number for verification, mobile money, payments, delivery, pickup, support, security, fraud prevention or account recovery. A private number is not automatically public.

Seller Listings
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, prices, availability, images and fulfilment information and must have the right to offer the product or service. A listing must be kept current and must not mislead buyers.

Listing Moderation
A submitted listing may move from DRAFT to PENDING REVIEW to APPROVED and PUBLISHED, or to REJECTED / CHANGES REQUIRED. JustNext may remove or restrict content involving prohibited items, misleading information, prohibited contact information, fraud, duplicates, inappropriate content, marketplace circumvention or intellectual-property problems.

Prohibited Products and Services
Do not offer products or services that are unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, infringe another person's rights or are prohibited by JustNext marketplace rules. JustNext may request information, reject a listing or restrict an account where safety or compliance requires it.

Orders and Contracts
An order records the buyer's request and the applicable seller or provider offer. A seller or provider must fulfil an accepted order as described, subject to permitted cancellation, dispute, safety and availability procedures. JustNext is not the seller of third-party goods or services.

Prices and Fees
Prices, delivery charges and applicable platform or payment fees are shown before confirmation where the current checkout supports them. Sellers are responsible for keeping their prices accurate. Taxes or charges required by law remain the responsibility of the relevant party.

Payments
JustNext uses third-party payment providers, including PayChangu. A payment is not successful solely because a browser returns to a success page; JustNext relies on trusted payment confirmation in the current payment architecture. Do not share payment credentials in messages or listings.

Seller Balances
Seller balances reflect transaction records and the funds that are cleared and available for settlement. Balances may be adjusted for refunds, reversals, disputes, fees, holds, reserves, corrections or provider updates.

Withdrawals — T+1 Settlement
Seller earnings are normally subject to T+1 settlement. T is the day the customer's payment is made; T+1 is the following settlement day. PayChangu funds may first be unavailable for payout until they settle into the appropriate available/main balance, so JustNext does not guarantee same-day withdrawals.
- If JustNext has sufficient cleared funds in its main/available balance, an eligible withdrawal may be processed earlier.
- Early withdrawal is optional, subject to cleared funds and fraud/security checks, and is not guaranteed. A previous early withdrawal does not create a promise of instant future withdrawals.
- Delays may result from settlement timing, insufficient cleared balance, mobile-money or provider outages, fraud/security review, disputes, reversals, incorrect payout details, technical problems or regulatory requirements.

Withdrawal Fees
Any withdrawal fee and the amount expected to reach the payout destination are shown in the withdrawal flow where available. Provider charges, reversals or corrections may affect the final amount.

Withdrawal Security
JustNext may require recent authentication, verified payout details and additional fraud or security checks before processing a withdrawal. Never ask support to bypass these controls.

Holds and Reserves
JustNext may temporarily hold or reserve funds where necessary for settlement, a dispute, a refund, a reversal, fraud prevention, account security or a legal or provider requirement. The amount and duration depend on the relevant risk and transaction information.

Delivery and Pickup
The order identifies the available delivery or pickup method, location and relevant instructions. Buyers and sellers must coordinate safely and provide accurate fulfilment information. Delivery timing may depend on the seller, printing station, runner, pickup point and provider availability.

Delivery / Collection Confirmation Codes
If an order uses a delivery or completion code, the buyer should not provide it before receiving the applicable order. Sellers and riders must not pressure a customer to provide the code before fulfilment. A valid code may be treated as evidence of completion, subject to dispute and fraud procedures.

Printing Services
JustNext can connect users with independent printing stations. Printing stations should use uploaded documents only to fulfil the customer's print job and must not intentionally reuse or distribute them. Customers are responsible for reviewing selected print settings.

Personalized Printing and Cancellations
Customised printing may have limited cancellation availability after production starts. This does not remove remedies where the wrong document was printed, the printer made an error, agreed specifications were not followed or the output was materially defective.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Refund or cancellation eligibility may depend on seller inability to fulfil, cancellation before fulfilment, a defective or wrong item, a duplicate charge, a failed transaction, an approved dispute or applicable law. A refund may be returned through the original payment method or another approved method when the provider cannot support the original route.

Off-Platform Transactions
Do not use JustNext only to discover a buyer or seller and then move a transaction outside JustNext to avoid platform fees, payment systems, transaction records or marketplace protections. Transactions completed outside JustNext may not qualify for JustNext payment records, disputes, refunds or completion protections.

User Communications
Use messages and other communication features respectfully and for legitimate marketplace purposes. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, distribute malicious content or use communications to evade moderation or transaction protections.

Reviews and Marketplace Content
Reviews and other content must be honest, relevant and based on a real interaction. Do not manipulate reviews, submit another person's work without permission or upload content that violates a person's rights or these Terms. JustNext may moderate or remove content.

Intellectual Property
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant JustNext the permission needed to host, display, moderate and operate the relevant marketplace feature. You must have the rights needed to upload and offer content, images, documents and brands.

Platform Availability
JustNext may change, suspend or maintain features and may experience interruptions caused by maintenance, providers, networks, security events or circumstances outside its control. We do not promise that every feature is continuously available.

Account Restrictions and Termination
JustNext may limit, suspend or terminate access, remove listings or hold funds when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, unresolved disputes, security, legal requirements or a breach of these Terms. We will not intentionally prevent access to password recovery, logout or the public Terms page.

Privacy
JustNext processes account, transaction, delivery, support and security information to operate the platform and protect users. Private phone numbers and student details are not intended to be public marketplace content. A dedicated Privacy Policy will provide additional detail when published.

Transactional Emails and Notifications
JustNext may send transactional emails and notifications about account security, verification, orders, payments, fulfilment, refunds, withdrawals and important service changes. Marketing messages, where offered, can be managed through the available preferences.

Third-Party Services
Payments, messaging, hosting, email, mobile-money and other features may rely on third-party services. Their availability and terms may affect a transaction. JustNext remains responsible for the platform features it controls but cannot guarantee a third party's uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JustNext is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a third-party listing, provider outage, user conduct or an off-platform transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Disputes
Raise a transaction concern through the available order or support channels with accurate information and supporting details. JustNext may review records, messages, payment confirmations, fulfilment evidence and completion codes before deciding an available platform remedy.

Changes to These Terms
JustNext may update these Terms. The current version and effective date are shown on this page. When an update materially affects use of the platform, an authenticated user may be required to review and accept the new version before using transaction-sensitive features.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without removing any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you.
